Description

This gentleman had a large skin cancer excised and required Mohs reconstruction. This was achieved by flap technique utilizing both cheek and nose skin and soft tissues. You’ll note immediate distortion of the lower eyelid as a result of swelling, but in this two-month postop set of photos, he has healed very well. The patient expressed tremendous satisfaction with the outcome of his surgery.
